Australian country music king Lee Kernaghan and the Wolfe Brothers headline Nu Country TV at 9 pm on Saturday June 21 on Channel 31/Digital 44.
Brisbane music teacher Will Day and fellow Queenslanders Chloe Styler and Jacynta Lee return to the show repeated at 3 am on Monday.
Washington born singer Tucker Wetmore and Georgian Mackenzie Carpenter also appear on our program filmed and edited by Laith Graham.

Corryong born Lee Kernaghan and Van Diemen’s Land Wolfe Brothers headline our show on Lee’s return to Crown Casino on Friday and Saturday.
The trio were live in Tamworth on their latest video Coming To Town on ABC Music.
Lee, 61 and singing spouse Robyn McKelvie have 2 sons – Jet and Rock
He has released more than 20 albums and won 38 Golden Guitars in Tamworth, 4 ARIA Awards and three APRA Awards and sold over two million albums.
He was honoured with an Order of Australia award in 2004 and crowned Australian of the Year in 2008.
The keen Carlton supporter is an ideal choice to perform live at the AFL Grand Final instead of overseas artists.
Lee often tours with the Wolfe Brothers who have released seven albums and won nine Golden Guitars.
Tom and Nick Wolfe hail from a family berry farm at Neika – population 217 – in southern Tasmania.
They began in a fourth generation family-band with their father and mother.

Gold Coast singer Chloe Styler joins her sister Amy in a field of wildflowers in her floral fantasy on her Nu Country debut.
Chloe recorded Little Lady in Nashville with Grammy winning producer Luke Wooten
It follows her Read A Room and Call It singles.
She promoted it on tour with Adam Harvey and other major stars.

Jacynta Lee Rodeo Queen

Queensland singer-songwriter Jacynta Lee enjoys her Nu Country debut after she began singing on stage at six.
She grew up at Malanda on Atherton Tablelands and performed mid-arena and rodeo cabarets.
Jacynta graduated from Malanda Bullride and other rodeos.
She wrote Get Me Some with Michael Paynter and Michael DeLorenzis of M Squared.
Lee recorded it at Bounce studio in Melbourne.

Georgian singer-songwriter Mackenzie Carpenter returns to our show with a fishing frolic.
Mackenzie, now 25, first charted with Can’t Nobody.

Former Washington born soccer player Tucker Wetmore chased music after injuries caused his sporting retirement.
Tucker, now 25, performs Silverado Blue from his 2024 EP Waves On A Sunset.
It preceded his new album What Not To.

George, Waylon, Merle and Willie Nelson were among country historian Barbara Dowling’s favourite Texans.
The Waylon, Highwaymen, Merle and George discs were donated by Barbara who died at 77 in December, 2020.
She co-hosted Long In The Saddle in our Nu Country FM era and was pioneer Australian and Victorian country music awards judge.
Barbara was admired for rising above losing her sight as a young woman and her country passion with annual trips to Waylon’s birthplace in Littlefield, West Texas.
Waylon died at 64 on February 13, 2002, and is survived by singing spouse Jessi, now 81, and son Shooter, 46.
