Nu Country TV country music show and other nocturnal Saturday music programs on Channel 31/44 have been replaced by wrestling shows on the second Saturday of each month.
NuCountry exists to support and promote country music, particularly Australian musicians and is run entirely by volunteers. It was founded back in the 1980’s and has a history in broadcast radio and television.
Needless to say there are costs involved in producing the television show, hosting the website and meeting the usual compliance costs.
